Director of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

About Techless

We are seeking a strategic, relational, and data-driven Director of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing to lead and grow our affiliate and influencer ecosystems across global markets. This senior-level role will own both tactical execution and long-term strategy for performance-based marketing programs and community-driven brand advocacy.

You’ll work closely with the marketing, digital, and leadership teams to ensure affiliate and influencer efforts drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and reflect our mission for a healthier digital life.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Strategy & Execution
  • Design and lead the global affiliate marketing strategy for Techless, including both Wisephone and Sage Mobile brands.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-value affiliates across multiple verticals, including parenting, wellness, education, and tech-free living.
  • Manage and optimize the affiliate program platform (e.g., Affiliatly and Rewardful), ensuring seamless user experience for affiliates and internal teams.
  • Develop tailored offers, creatives, and incentives that align with each affiliate’s audience.
  • Create and enforce brand and compliance guidelines for all affiliates.
Influencer Marketing
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers who align with our mission, particularly in the parenting, faith-based, and digital wellness spaces.
  • Coordinate campaigns with influencers at all levels (micro to macro), including paid sponsorships, affiliate commissions, and product gifting.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling storytelling assets influencers can use in their promotions.
  • Track performance and ROI of influencer collaborations, refining strategy based on results.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Analyze affiliate and influencer KPIs, including conversion rates, CPA, LTV, and ROI.
  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and clear data visualization.
  • Collaborate with the digital and data teams to test landing pages, refine offers, and improve the full affiliate user journey.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Supervise and mentor an affiliate coordinator, setting clear performance goals and supporting growth.
  • Work closely with digital marketing, paid media, and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all traffic channels.
  • Support major product launches and seasonal campaigns with affiliate and influencer-specific strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or performance marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in scaling affiliate programs and influencer campaigns in DTC e-commerce environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Ecommerce affiliate platforms, Shopify, Google Analytics).
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be the development of an Android custom ROM and applications and their integration with back-end APIs. You will be the central hub between the founder, customers, designers, and developers working on different layers of the project infrastructure. Commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Job Skills
  • Technical development, unit testing and debugging skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to develop exploratory android and ios applications and features from scratch and improve on existing apps
  • Ability to manage, audit, and write high-quality code
  • Act as the final authority on QC, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with Product Manager and UX Designers
  • Collaborate with in person and remote team members to uphold and improve standards, code quality, and toolsets
Requirements
  • Full-time position (minimum of 35 hours per week)
  • 5+ years extensive experience in engineering
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Understanding of cross platform development - iOS, web & Android
  • Strong understanding of integrating with back-end data architecture
  • Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
  • Experience with setting up and deploying staging/production environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements and data into technical requirements and code

UX Digital Designer (Multidisciplinary)

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile, highly creative Digital Designer who thrives across multiple disciplines—from clean, user-centered UI/UX design and pixel-perfect front-end development, to eye-catching, compelling visual storytelling. This is a unique opportunity to work across two growing brands with aligned values and bold creative goals: Wisephone and Sage Mobile.

Our ideal candidate is a true hybrid: someone who can wireframe a mobile app, prototype a website, polish a social video, and whip up gorgeous pitch decks or packaging—all in a week. You’ll work closely with marketing and product leads across both brands to bring ideas to life with strategic design thinking and high executional polish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prototype responsive web and mobile interfaces (UI/UX)
  • Support light front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS or Webflow preferred)
  • Edit and produce short-form videos for social, landing pages, and ad creative
  • Create digital and print-ready assets (infographics, decks, packaging, etc.)
  • Contribute to branding, iconography, and design systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain visual consistency
  • Manage multiple projects across two fast-moving brands
Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years of relevant design experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating strength across web, mobile, video, and graphic design
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and front-end tools (HTML/CSS; Webflow a plus)
  • Experience in branding and marketing collateral
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities
Nice to Have (but not required)
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, consumer tech, or wellness/lifestyle industries
  • Skilled motion graphics, 3D rendering, or illustration skills
