The Detox Kit includes a 30-day Wisephone rental to detox your life + healthy tech mindset goodies. We understand that switching to Wisephone is a big investment and a very intentional move. That’s why the Wisephone Detox Kit not only gives you the opportunity to detox from your screen with a Nearly New Wisephone but also gives you time to decide whether or not you’d like to continue with Wisephone long-term as your primary device. At the end of your detox period just hold onto your included Wisephone, and the remaining balance of $349 + tax will be charged to your card. Then you’re all set to continue using Wisephone!

Nearly New Wisephone may show gentle wear and tear but are fully functional. Examples of use may include some small nicks or scratches on the back, bezel, or screen. These phones are certified through a standard 3rd party grading service and then re-packaged.

The payment method associated with your order will be charged automatically for phones not shipped back by the close of the return period, based on your date of purchase. Do you accept returns?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we do not accept returns on Detox Kit orders. 

Does Wisephone provide cellular service?

Your Wisephone does not come with carrier service. To use Wisephone, simply insert your existing SIM card into Wisephone. We are compatible with many major US carriers. Check our compatibility page to see if yours is on the list.

My Detox Kit included several items, what do I keep and what do I return? 

The Book, Vision Cards, and stickers are yours to keep as our gift to you! 

If you do not want to keep the Wisephone and case, please return them both with the included return box by the return date you received upon checking out in your confirmation email.

What happens if I do not return the Wisephone that was included in my Detox Kit by my return date?

If we do not receive the phone back you will be charged $396+ tax for the Wisephone. You will have full ownership of the device. 

Please note: No returns are accepted after your return-by date.

What happens if I cancel my card on file before the second payment and keep the phone?

If you keep the device and your second payment does not process, we will remotely render the phone unusable.

What happens if I return the phone damaged and it is not reusable? 

We will issue a couple charges, netting $49 from the total to cover the damages.

Can I buy the Detox Kit without the phone? 

No, the Detox Kit can not be modified. All items in the Kit will be included. 

My return date is approaching, how do I return the phone? 

Return instructions for the Wisephone that you received as part of your Detox Kit are included on the back of your last vision card. You can always contact our amazing support team at hi@techless.com.

Can I choose to keep the Wisephone at the end of my detox?

If we do not receive the phone back you will be charged $396+ tax for the Wisephone, which will be yours to keep.
